Employee Policy
At Wonder Digital Company, we strive to maintain a professional and supportive work environment. The following policies outline the expectations and responsibilities of all employees, ensuring a smooth and productive workplace.
Code of Conduct

Employees are expected to demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and work tasks.

Treat all colleagues and clients with respect and consideration.
Work Hours and Attendance
Work Hours: The company working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Grace Period:
A grace period of 20 minutes is allowed, meaning employees must clock in by 11:20 AM.
Late Arrivals:
Accumulating three late arrivals will count as one day of leave. Salary deductions will apply for repeated late comings.
Leave Policy
Leave Without Notice: If any employee leaves without prior application and approval from management, two days’ salary will be deducted.
Half-Day Leave:
Employees must inform management and obtain approval one day in advance if they wish to take a half-day leave. All working tasks must be managed accordingly.
Termination and Resignation
Notice for Resignation: Employees are required to give a 30 working day notice period before resigning. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the withholding of salary settlement.
Company-Initiated Termination:
The company will notify employees 30 days in advance if their employment is to be terminated.
Exit Process:
Upon termination or resignation, employees must return all company property and complete the necessary exit formalities, including handing over ongoing work to designated colleagues.
Compensation and Benefits
Performance-Based Increments: Employees may receive salary increments based on exceptional performance. These increments can be awarded bi-annually (every 6 months) or annually, depending on the level of contribution and impact on company goals.
Medical Insurance:
Employees will be eligible for medical insurance coverage after completing 18 months of employment with Wonder Digital Company.

Data Protection:
Employees must safeguard the confidentiality of all company and client information.
Non-Disclosure Agreement:
All employees are required to sign an NDA to protect company interests.
