Client Policy
At Wonder Digital, we believe in maintaining transparent and mutually respectful relationships with our clients. To ensure smooth collaboration and project management, we have established the following policy:
Notice Period for Termination:
1- Client-Initiated Termination: If a client wishes to terminate or discontinue a project or service with Wonder Digital, we require that the client provide us with a formal notice at least one month (30 days) in advance. This allows us sufficient time to wind down ongoing work and transfer necessary assets.
2- Company-Initiated Termination: Similarly, if Wonder Digital needs to terminate or discontinue services for any reason, we will provide the client with a formal notice at least one month (30 days) in advance. This ensures that the client has adequate time to make alternative arrangements.
Mutual Understanding:
Both parties agree to respect this notice period to avoid disruptions to ongoing projects and to maintain a professional and seamless transition, whether the termination is initiated by the client or Wonder Digital.
Final Deliverables:
Upon receiving a termination notice, Wonder Digital will complete all agreed-upon work up to the end of the notice period and deliver all final assets and reports to the client. Any payments due during this period will be handled as per the terms outlined in our agreement.
Confidentiality and Data Protection:
All confidential information and data shared during the project will continue to be protected as per our confidentiality agreement, even after the termination of services.
By adhering to this policy, we aim to ensure a professional and respectful working relationship with our clients, even in the event of project termination.
